I cook from the heart
Cooking is my solace and my happy place, and I put that energy into every dish. I use food to show my love and appreciation, so your experience feels personal, comforting, and memorable.
My background is rooted in tradition and training
I first learned to cook in a big Southern family, and my exposure to Trinidadian culture shaped my love for bold, vibrant flavors. I also sharpened my skills through the culinary arts program at Kendall College, which helps me deliver both soulful cooking and polished execution.
I keep it fun, organized, and seamless
My secret is staying organized and prepping with intention. I believe cooking should be fun—whether I’m hosting a dinner for 10 or a celebration for 100—so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
